Dura Silicone
The DuraSilicone product range is suitable for hot/cold liquid, pressurised air, negative air pressure and solid particle transportation. DuraSilicone consists of three basic product types, which include coolant, turbo and FDA food hoses.
DuraSilicone products are manufactured by winding silicone fabric onto pre- manufactured metal molds. The fabric is then additionally reinforced using a resin mesh when specified for high pressure or heavy duty applications.
The resulting shape is then pressurised and cured during a specialist heating / cooling cycle, giving the final product a durable and lasting finish.
It is the precise selection of raw materials, combined with a meticulous manufacturing technique that makes these ducts highly resistant to temperature and physical abrasion.
