Dura Max
DuraMax high temperature resistant, sewn ducting is particularly suitable for hot gas and fume extraction. These heavy duty ducts are particularly suitable for extracting heat from engines, generators, turbines and combustion residue. Choose the right model to suit the correct temperature, abrasion, connectivity and mechanical force specifications.
DuraMax ducting, is assembled using a combination of single or two-ply fabrics, sewn onto a metal spiral, which is then covered with an abrasion resistant scuff strip, creating a highly durable and flexible duct.
Sewn ducts are constructed using hot galvanised or spring steel wire, giving the product the necessary stability and expansion force required. DuraMax ducts are available in diameters of up to 2 meters and lengths of 40 meters.
It is the precise selection of raw components, combined with a meticulous manufacturing technique that makes these ducts so resistant to high temperatures, ranging from 250°C to 700°C and even short bursts of up to 1000°C.
