Silicone Shapes and Hoses for Trucks Buses & Motor Sport SAE J20.

Euroducting designs and manufactures silicone and black rubber intake hoses supported with polyester, meta-aramid and para-aramid engineered for the most demanding heavy-duty engines and motorsport environments. Our solutions are perfect for trucks, buses and for motorsport.
Our flexible solutions include galvanised, stainless, polyamide and PBO wire support for increased flexibility and vacuum support. Euroducting’s vulcanized silicone hoses deliver exceptional durability and performance in turbocharging, engine cooling, and air intake applications, combining flexibility with resistance to burst pressure, fuel exposure, and extreme thermal loads.
Designed for engine cooling under extreme conditions, our hoses operate within a temperature range of -80°C to +300°C, and withstand pressures up to 50 bar, and are available in diameters up to 90 mm.
Key Features:
- Reinforced Constructions (spiral and reinforcements) for pressure flexibility, vacuum, pressure and protect against kinking – Utilize stainless steel, aramid, or polyester layers to withstand high pressure and maintain dimensional stability.
- Turbo Charge Hoses – Compact V-clamps and high-tensile reinforcements ensure reliability under extreme conditions and tight spaces.
- Super-Flexible Silicone Designs – kink-resistant, vacuum-stable, and available in cuffed or crush-proof configurations.
- Temperature & Pressure Performance – operates from -50°C to +180°C (up to +300°C for special silicone grades) and pressures up to 50 bar.
- Versatile Sizing – diameters from 4 mm to 305 mm and lengths up to 4 meters, with optional wire reinforcement for intake and alternator cooling ducts.
- Fuel-Resistant Materials – neoprene and nitril formulations resist electrochemical degradation caused by fuel, oil, and diesel contact.
Applications:
- Turbocharger and intercooler connections
- Engine coolant and radiator systems
- Engine Testing
- Fuel Transfer
- Air intake and ventilation ducts
- Break Cooling
- Heavy-duty (trucks, buses) and motorsport performance engines
